3 User Reviews

  1. Stay away from this exchange. Their trading engine is always down (hours at the time) and extremely glitchy. Customer support is awful, it takes hours for someone to chat-reply to you and they never have a straight answer. I lost a lot of money here with those glitches getting liquidated and not being able to close my positions, do yourself a favor and stay away from it.

  2. Basically no customer support.
Slow withdrawals. That’s if you have enough to withdraw.
And I don’t mean slow fiat withdrawal. I mean it’s been one hour and I didn’t get so much as a Tx hash for my ETH so far.
The UI gets them 1.5 stars. It would have been 4 if it wasn’t for this withdrawal issue.
